After a four year hiatus, Yogi is back on deck both as the programs Co-Head Coach and coach of the Elite Development Squad.
With extensive experience coaching athletes from Juniors to Australian representatives, Yogi has coached an Australian Age or Open medalist every year he has been coaching. Yogi has also coached every other coach at PJ Aquatic at one time or another (bar one), which is a testament to his dedication and breadth of experience.
A highly regarded swimmer in his own right, Yogi was competitive at Australian Open level, winning multiple medals and representing the country in Open Water swimming.
Up and coming age group swimmers couldn’t hope for a better coach in Tasmania than Yogi, and will be well prepared by him to transition in to high performance swimming.

Squad: Bronze (Senior) squad and Junior Squad (lane 1).
Flick has been involved with the Hobart Aquatic Club since 1996 - firstly as a swimmer and then as a coach and a parent. She was a national Open level swimmer as a teenager and in her early 20’s.
Together, Karl and Felicity share coaching responsibilities for the Senior and Junior lane 1 groups. Both Flick and Karlos are very experienced coaches who are meticulous in regards to technical aspects of swimming and the work they have done in the junior program sets the standard for LTS to swim program transition.
PJ Aquatic is very lucky to have these two stars working as a team across the program!

Paul Henry Crosswell is the Coach of the High Performance squad and is the Head Coach of the program. He has had great success with the clubs best swimmers for almost a decade. He is technically skilled and develops engaging and individually specific programs for his athletes. With many national champions, medalists and now international reps under his belt - he represents the sharp end of coaching stocks in Tasmania.
